Project Brief

The project required a substantial amount of demolition and alterations to the original house. Including extensions to the side and rear of the house. The roof was completely removed to allow the new structural steel framework to be fixed into place for the larger and higher roof space. The original roof tiles were salvaged and reused to the front of the house to blend into the established estate. The main entrance was opened up to ground and first floor, to enhance the staircase and water features with the half landing open to view to bright extension to the rear of the house and returning up to the main landing overlooking the water feature. The master bedroom was the complete depth of the building with its own staircase up into the large relaxation room including jacuzzi, shower, wc finished in marble tiles and audio sound system throughout the house. The kitchen off the main hall opened up into rear extension with a nice curved wall creating a nice flowing feel that extended onto the hardwood deck overlooking the garden.
