This two story with basement detached house is a unique build. Constructed using ICF technique this allowed the house to maximize the entire site. The site was quite an irregular shape and constructing the basement with ICF blocks made very light work and being able to pump the concrete in one pour efficient. With concrete walls, floors and roof the house proved very airtight and sound proof. BER A3
